Proudly Australian, Sonic HealthPlus is now the largest provider of corporate medicine in the country. With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.

We are currently seeking a number of Casual/Part Time Training Facilitators nationally to assist with our Training delivery to delivering a vast range of Training Programs to employees and stakeholders. Positions are available in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. Training Programs include: Diploma of Leadership, First Aid, Assess Hearing, Measure Spirometry, Specimen Collection, Perform ECG, Provide CPR and Manual Handling.

DUTIES

  • Facilitating delivery and assessment to broad range of internal cohorts, and some external
  • Planning and preparation, including developing/modifying training and assessment resources
  • Implementing a range of adult and youth learning strategies
  • Marking and submission of student assessments in a timely fashion
  • Evaluating programs including moderating and validating
  • Building and maintaining relationships with ke stakeholders

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (essential)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, Business etc. (desirable)
  • A minimum of two years' experience in healthcare sector
  • Experience in delivering training face to face and virtually
  • Proven ability to solve problems and implement solutions
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A passion for providing quality workplace-based training to provide
  • Ability to support and nurture a positive learning environment for students
