About the role

Reporting into the Team Leader you will responsible for the timely and informative resolution of member enquiries across insurance, investments and superannuation. Your role will be responsible, however not limited to;

  • Resolution of inbound member enquiries over the phone, via email and chat session
  • Attendance and engagement within team meetings
  • Attendance at professional development sessions
  • Participation in team activities

Upon commencement you will undertake a three-week fulltime induction and training program that will introduce you to UniSuper, our services and products, training to enhance your customer service skills, training in your day to day role as well as education towards superannuation and advice qualifications.

About you

It is not necessary to come from a superannuation environment!

We are looking for intelligent, highly efficient and customer service focused individuals who are curious about superannuation. You will have the natural ability to build rapport with our members, strong communication skills and the attitude and desire to learn. Coupled with your ability to manage and work across multiple systems, you are sure to find success and an ongoing career with UniSuper.

Please Note:

The process will involve skills-based assessments and a virtual or face-to-face Interview, these will take place the week commencing 14th June with a commencement date of 12th July for 3 weeks full-time training (subject to change)
