About the role:


This role is responsible for the delivery of a range of new and existing audience engagement programs designed for a variety of audiences, with a focus on primary and secondary students, teachers and preschool children. Key to this role is ensuring outstanding customer service and presentation ability in the delivery of programs to the Library's target audiences.

The Learning Programs Officer is accountable for the following measurable outcomes:

  • Delivery of a seamless program experience for all stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Resolution of any operational or program maintenance issues.
  • Contribute to a process of continuous improvement by providing feedback to the Experience Design and Programming teams through internal process reviews.
