Help build the teaching and research profile of the College of Indigenous Futures, Education and the Arts.

We are a new world university. Like our namesake, Charles Darwin, we think differently. We innovate, embrace change, challenge conventions and look for better ways. We’re not about tradition or legacy, privilege or exclusivity. We care about people as individuals, and about our wider society. We’re about what we can give to the world, rather than what we take. We cannot build a new world without diversity of thought, so we bring together people with unique perspectives in an inclusive and supporting learning environment to help them connect, discover and grow. This is the CDU difference.

The College of Indigenous Futures, Education and Arts delivers teaching and research across diverse areas such as Humanities and Social Science; Indigenous Futures and Education.

As Lecturer in Education, you’ll contribute to building the teaching profile, research capabilities and professional practice of the College of Indigenous Futures, Education and the Arts. You will develop and teach course units, utilising both on-campus and flexible-mode of teaching and learning support, and engage in scholarly work that informs teaching and learning in diverse educational contexts.

To be successful you require a PhD level qualification within a relevant discipline or substantial progress towards completion of a PhD. You will have a proven ability to teach specialisms in one or more of the primary and/or secondary curriculum areas and the ability to teach in internal and distance education modes, including through online platforms.
