The Role

  • Fixed Term (up to June 2022)
  • Full Time to December 2021, then Part Time to June 2022
  • Level 5 - $70,384 to $76,886 FTE pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Wagga Wagga

As the Scholarships and Finance Support Services Officer, you will deliver a range of services specific to supporting current and prospective students in their transition to university and ongoing study at Charles Sturt by connecting students with appropriate financial support available within the University. You will also support the Senior Scholarships and Financial Support Officer in the ongoing administration of the financial support services function alongside assisting with the development of new financial support services tactics. The role will also support the Scholarships team with the development of a range of content and communications specific to the scholarships function.

This position will be full time (35 hours per week) to December 2021 after which time the position will revert to part time (17.5 hours per week).

To be successful you will have:

  • High level interpersonal skills and the ability to solve complex matters with creative solutions
  • A service mindset, with experience in demonstrating empathy and meeting the varied needs of customers through the provision of quality service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing business related communication plans and content via a range of channels
