JOB DESCRIPTION

Trinity College is a multi-site, independent, co-educational Anglican College founded in a liberal education tradition and located in the northern Adelaide region. Co-curriculum, cultural and physical activities are part of a total education in a caring Christian environment. The College offers a wide ranging academic and vocational program coupled with an extensive extra-curricular program that includes sport, music, dance, drama in addition to a variety of others.

This is a new full time position at Trinity College to support development of the College’s Risk & Compliance framework.

The Risk, Safety & Compliance Manager works with the Business Manager and the Finance Director in the management of the College’s Risk & Compliance framework. The key areas of responsibility are; WHS obligations and Return to Work matters; Risk; Compliance; and Insurance. The Risk & Compliance Manager will provide a range of risk and compliance services and develop new systems and procedures in order to meet the operational and strategic goals of the College. Their role will rely heavily on using Complispace and working with the College’s Head of Learning Management Systems to facilitate staff learning.

The person we are seeking will have either tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline and proven experience working in risk & compliance or equivalent experience.
