The Education Quality and Innovation Directorate is seeking a motivated manager to drive University’s strategic vision relating to our student work-integrated learning framework and across the University.

The Manager Work Integrated Learning (WIL) manages varied teams involved in WIL placements and plays a key leadership role regarding WIL systems, processes and reporting. You will work across existing courses and programs and partner with our Academics to enhance student WIL experiences. You use your proven leadership skills to bring teams together and work towards the goals of the University.

Position Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Proven strong understanding of the graduate employment landscape.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and staff management experience.
  • Proven experience planning and analysing and coordinating the delivery of projects while balancing priorities and resources.
