(HEO4) $64,961 to $71,203 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply

The University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2017-2021 will apply to a successful candidate’s employment at the University. The University recently temporarily varied its Enterprise Agreement. Please be advised that the salary range, along with other conditions associated with this position, may change in accordance with the variation to the Enterprise Agreement.

Continuing position available immediately

Working under general direction, the Administrative Officer provides administrative support to the Director, Learning Enhancement and Innovation and general administrative support to the Learning Enhancement and Innovation Team. This position will be responsible for the provision of HR support; arranging travel and entertainment through the University Travel & Entertainment System, and using the University e-Procurement system to manage purchase orders and invoices.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in the provision of administrative and/or secretarial support, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to liaise and interact effectively with people from all levels, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, with the ability to use initiative and judgement to establish priorities and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Appropriate level of computer keyboard skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a full range of administrative committee support.
