JOB DESCRIPTION

Role

Evaluate, develop and deliver innovative learning and assessment materials, for financial services higher education and vocational courses.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Learning Programs Manager and work alongside other Course Coordinators
  • Contribute to the design and development of new learning & assessment materials
  • Ensure materials are updated in line with relevant schedules and are readily available
  • Undertake improvement activities, including validation, moderation and course review
  • Work with SMEs who write course content and Digital Developers who put it into online format
  • Provide support to Student Services when required and address any specific course concerns
Requirements
  • A bachelor degree
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or upgraded TAE40110)
  • Experience working in an L&D environment in a Higher Education provider or RTO
  • Experience in developing learning resources to enhance students’ experience
  • An active interest in the Financial Services industry
  • Project management skills
