What a time to be joining RMIT University! Project Pi (Workday implementation), RMIT Next Strategy (2021-2025), and a move to our newly refurbished office in QV!

About The Role

We this upcoming roll-out of Workday we are seeking talented Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors to support our existing team during hypercare. During this time; you may be supporting the team with a variety of recruitment activities or you could even be managing your own req load. Whatever the requirements are, we are looking for people who are willing to roll up their sleeves where no ask is too big or too small.

About You

As we go through hypercare, there will no doubt be many challenges as the entire team (and broader University) go on this learning journey together. So in addition to being an experienced recruiter we are looking for people who are:
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and that we may not know the answer and need to solve problems together
  • Kind, compassionate, understanding, empathetic and patient as everyone goes through this change
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Willing learners ready to soak up the knowledge to sharpen your skills as a great recruiter and team player

  • Relevant experience as a Snr Talent Acquisition Advisor/Partner
  • Previous PageUp and/or Workday experience (highly desirable)
