The Program Manager manages projects that enhance teaching and learning in NSW public schools. This role will develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate strategic projects for the Strategic Delivery Unit & Ambassador Schools Program, to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, based on organisational objectives, primarily with a medium to long term focus.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with:

  • strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to build collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • demonstrated experience in a management role providing oversight to enable the effective planning and execution of programs within agreed financial, quality and time parameters
  • the ability to mobilise resources, deal with complexities and work seamlessly between client engagement, staff support and administrative requirements will be key to your success.
  • an assertive attitude that thrives in a busy environment

The Ambassador Schools program is a multi-year initiative that involves working with university partners to develop and scale evidence-based teaching practices and your role will be vital in supporting the business unit in delivering and achieving its executive priority commitments. You will be highly collaborative, self-motivated and will thrive working as part of a high-performing and driven team in representing the organisation in an honest, ethical and professional way.
