Information Technology and Digital Services is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Service Management Administrator.

The IT Service Management Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance and ongoing evolution of our IT Service Management platform (ServiceNow) to support the continuous improvement of IT service delivery and innovation. The role also has a common purpose shared amongst positions at this level, to demonstrate personal leadership in their area of expertise and promote delivery on the IT Strategy in the context of the IT Service Charter.

To be successful in the role, applicants will have demonstrated experience in systems administration, demonstrated experience working within information technology services in a large, complex organisation, experience in workflow automation and configuration of discovery tools and sound practical knowledge of relevant best practice frameworks including project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2)

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at the Hawkesbury campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $120,879 to $134,189 p.a. (comprising Salary of $102,144 to $113,391 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
