The DVC(A) portfolio is committed to delivering a globally recognised student experience through the continuous improvement of our teaching and learning.

About This Opportunity

The Change and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the design, development and execution of change initiatives across the DVC(A) portfolio, specifically in relation to the implementation of recommendations from the review of student discipline. This includes development of an impact assessment, change and engagement plans, key messages, and communication and engagement materials (e.g. website copy, general presentation packs, FAQs) to raise awareness and understanding of the changes across all impacted stakeholders.

This position will also support other change and engagement activities undertaken by the ODVC(A), including initiatives underway across the University which impact on the portfolio. The role requires the flexibility to work at both a planning level and, at an operational and service delivery level to achieve the desired outcomes.

This position is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus, renowned as one of Australia's most attractive university campuses, and located just 7km from Brisbane's city centre. Bound by the Brisbane River on three sides, and with outstanding public transport connections, our 114-hectare site provides a perfect work environment - you can enjoy the best of both worlds: a vibrant campus with the tradition of an established university.
