STATUS: Part Time, Ongoing

HOURS: 56.0 hours per fortnight

DEPARTMENT: People and Culture

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced human resource management professional who has a genuine interest in workforce development to join our People and Culture team.

The Position:

In this diverse role you will play a key role in developing and coordinating initiatives that enhance employees' opportunities to access further training and career development. You will work collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners to build workforce capacity. Key responsibilities of your role include:

  • Playing a key role in managing and supporting traineeship programs, work experience and student placements
  • Actively promoting BRHS employment opportunities to local students and other stakeholders
  • Organising corporate training programs to address identified organisational skill requirements
  • Coordinating the BRHS Scholarship Program
  • Seeking funding opportunities that support employee training and professional development needs

The Team:

Our People and Culture team provides a range of services in the Human Resources field to our Executive, Managers, Staff, Volunteers, Trainees and Students. We are a professional, dedicated and happy team, united by our team approach to provide an excellent service that meets the needs of our customers.

Key criteria you need:

  • Qualification in Business majoring in Human Resource Management/or equivalent (minimum Diploma level)
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a generalist Human Resource Management role
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment - preferred or willingness to attain qualification within 12 months of commencement
