The Opportunity

eSolutions are currently seeking a Capability Lead - Technology Services to drive the delivery of IT projects and initiatives in support of the University's Buildings and Property Division (BPD). This role has oversight over the entire project lifecycle and will work with key stakeholders across eSolutions and BPD to deliver strong results.

In this role, you will:
  • Undertake a range of strategic and operational activities within ITIL and SAFe Agile frameworks
  • Lead and manage the operation of a complex set of programs, projects, services and information systems
  • Initiate, develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders and eSolutions teams
  • Lead and manage a work environment of continuous review and improvement of business practices, operational processes and service provision
To ensure your success, you will demonstrate a high level of expertise in delivering ICT projects, initiatives, application support and services to clients within a broad and complex organisation. You'll demonstrate prior knowledge of and capability to deliver within a SAFe agile framework to provide efficient and effective service. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to develop and maintain a network of relationships which can be leveraged for successful outcomes.
