The Role
  • Fixed Term (until February 2022), Full Time
  • Level 6 - $79,051 to $85,546 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Wagga Wagga
Play a key role in supporting students to participate in workplace learning placements including the associated administrative tasks linked to their placement.

Working as a member of the Workplace Learning Team you will develop a specialist knowledge of workplace learning policy and requirements and will work collaboratively with team members and placement sites.

To be successful you will have:
  • A degree with relevant work experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through a combination of education, training and/ or experience
  • Ability to adapt and lead in a dynamic environment
  • Technical knowledge and proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing high quality customer service
  • Ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a high volume work environment

is one of five teams forming the administrative support base for the Faculty's operations and activities. The teams consist of: the Courses Team, the Subjects Team, the Workplace Learning Team, the Technical Team and the Operations Team.

Oversight of administrative staff in the Faculty is the responsibility of the Faculty Administration Manager, who notionally allocates professional/general staff to Schools and has the flexibility to move resources between schools and functions to cover workload peaks.
