Apply your previous curriculum development experience to create innovative education products.

We are a new world university. Like our namesake, Charles Darwin, we think differently. We innovate, embrace change, challenge conventions and look for better ways. We’re not about tradition or legacy, privilege or exclusivity. We care about people as individuals, and about our wider society. We’re about what we can give to the world, rather than what we take. We cannot build a new world without diversity of thought, so we bring together people with unique perspectives in an inclusive and supporting learning environment to help them connect, discover and grow. This is the CDU difference.

As Curriculum Specialist – AQF, you will be responsible for providing advice, support and training to teaching and professional staff on the curriculum and pathway development for Higher Education (HE) course accreditation, Vocational Education and Training (VET) registration and the development of non-accredited courses including micro-credentials.

Key to your success will be highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, as an important component of this position is to work collaboratively with stakeholders. The ability to exercise initiative, imagination and creativity to co-design innovative curriculum and to drive quality assurance will also be critical skills for you to thrive in this position. Your capacity to confidently provide clear and contemporary advice to stakeholders will facilitate strong and collegial relationships across the University.

Completion of a relevant degree qualification in education and/or training with relevant experience in supporting quality HE and/or VET curriculum development is a requirement of this position. Experience with curriculum management systems will be viewed favourably.
