Randstad Canberra has partnered with a leading OSHC provider to recruit a permanent full-time Directorr for a service located in Gungahlin.

About the position

As OSHC Program Manager, you will lead and direct an outside school hours care program averaging 200 children per day. You will oversee this program with the support of a large management team including 2 Directors of Service and 2 Assistant Directors.

Your Responsibilities

- Direct the operations of the program and activities involving arts, cooking, sports, science and technology

- Support and mentor a team of qualified educators

- Provide an inclusive, fun and safe environment for children
