2020 and COVID saw substantial changes in digital learning at SuniTAFE. We are searching for a truly innovative individual to support digital learning in SuniTAFE into the next decade.

As the successful candidate, you are a champion of digital technology and you are excited by the opportunity to equip staff and students with the knowledge and skills to thrive in a digital learning environment.

In this position, you will:
- Maintain the Institute’s Learning Management system (LMS)
- Maintain and promote the intellectual property management (IPM) system according to quality and compliance standards
- Promote and educate teaching staff and relevant stakeholders on the institutes LMS, IPM and other digital systems
- Support and build the capability of teaching staff in online and blended learning
- Develop and maintain digital assessment and digital learning resource templates
- Support the Innovative Learning Co-ordinator improve or implement new Learning Management systems, programs and processes
- Act in accordance with SuniTAFE values

Selection Criteria:

Essential

The position requires:

- A relevant qualification in Information Technology or similar is require along with demonstrated experience working in an Information Technology or digital learning environment with a minimal of 2 years’ experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines and project outcomes
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and interact at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to build the digital capacity of others
- Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team and to work under broad direction with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the VET Sector and a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is desirable
- Knowledge of learning theories and online or blended learning is desirable

The successful candidate will be required to provide successful criminal record and working with children checks.
