Case Manager

The Opportunity

Within the Division of Future Students, the Case Manager will be responsible for managing a student portfolio, guiding them through their student journey from initial enquiry, application submission, offer received and enrolment.

With high level communication skills, this customer focussed position will have the capability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the University and externally including prospective students in school leaver and non-school leaver markets and their key influencers. The Case Manager will undertake one-to-one interviews, phone calls and email queries from potential students with the aim to convert enquiries to applications and enrolments.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support conversion and sales strategies for engaging with students to ensure targets are met.
  • Respond to enquiries from prospective students through a medium of contacts.
  • Contact students throughout their student journey.
  • Manage a portfolio of students to meet enrolment targets across the portfolio.
  • Play a supporting role in staffing internal and external University events.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Provide information and advice on all aspects of the University and Institutes.
Your Application

To be successful in the role, your application will need to demonstrate;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 5 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $90,723 comprising base salary within the range of $69,433 to $77,541 plus 17% superannuation.
