What you'll be doing

Working as part of the Curriculum Design Team you will plan, develop, implement, evaluate and improve curriculum used within the Registered Training Organisation. The role is responsible and accountable for ensuring excellence in educational curriculum, within the resource constraints of the organisation and in the context of our mission and values.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders and it is expected that the boundaries of the role will change to meet changing organisational needs.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant industry
  • Demonstrated experience in the VET sector
  • Detailed understanding of the relevant profession and accreditation requirements
  • Sound knowledge and experience of RTO curriculum processes
  • High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong adherence and acknowledgment of Policies and Procedures and industry requirements
  • Ability to work well with peer educators and as part of a team.
Essential qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification related to area of training and assessment i.e. Allied health, Enrolled Nursing or Registered Nurse qualifications
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
  • Valid Police Check
Desired qualifications:
  • Further post graduate studies in related disciplines
  • TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools
