About the role
Reports to: Manager Instructor Quality and Accreditation Team
Location: Work from Home/Parkville office by arrangement
Hours: 5 days per week contract position for 12 months with intention of renewal
Start date: seeking candidate to commence early May 2021

We are seeking an organised dynamic team member who will respond to current and potential instructors seeking information and assistance by providing them with excellent service and support.

We are a small team and this is a critical role to support the successful day to day operations of the organisation.

This position will also provide administrative support to our Instructor Development Advisor team and the team Manager including:

Supporting our timely responses to enquiries via email and web enquiries
Respond to future customers with information
Support our staff by coordinating follow up appointments
Coordinating data entry and management of customer contacts
Project management - e.g. support the team with online or face to face events and internal project management

About You

The successful applicant will have/be:
Energetic, resourceful and motivated to help solve problems with instructor accreditation
An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working as part of a busy team
Strong organisational skills with experience with online environments & administration tools
Experience creating and implementing administrative processes and systems
Strong work ethic, initiative and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability in administrative support including customer support
Data analysis and reporting experience
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with good Excel skills, and it would be desirable to have familiarity with Zendesk and Survey Monkey

Our core work is to develop MHFA courses, and train Instructors to deliver these courses to their communities or workplaces. MHFA courses are delivered across Australia and internationally.

MHFA courses teach members of the public how to provide initial help to a person who is developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis. The first aid is given until appropriate professional help is received, or the crisis resolves.
