JOB DESCRIPTION

About the position

This is a great opportunity for an empathetic, diligent and detail-oriented administration professional.


In this role you will manage the Junior School Reception and be the first point of contact for parents and students as well as provide administrative service to staff, parents and students of the Junior School.


You will also administer First Aid to students in the Junior School.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A mature approach demonstrating empathy and compassion towards the needs of students, parents and other school stakeholders.
  • Experience in an equivalent Receptionist/Administration role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using a database application (e.g. Synergetic).
  • A commitment to the ethos of an independent Anglican school.
