Faculty of Health at University of Canberra is in the top 10 universities in Australia for Health and Medical research. Reporting to the associate Dean, Research and Innovation you will be part of the research teams from project conception to publication and translation. The position will be sharing expertise in project design, statistical methods and design of data analysis, from the grant preparation stages through ethics and protocol development. Where substantial contributions are made this is recognised in naming on grants, and shared authorship of publications.

The ideal candidate will have highly developed communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. They will also have an innovative approach and be open to sharing their knowledge with students and staff.

This is an opportunity to work in a fun, hardworking, and highly successful research team on multidisciplinary and diverse projects. To be successful in the role you will have a Ph.D. in biostatistics, epidemiology or statistics plus advanced skills in bio statistical analysis and demonstrated research expertise.
