About the role

The Student Advice Officer is responsible for providing timely, consistent and accurate information and advice to customers and ensures a high-quality service is provided online, over the phone and in person, as a member of the Student Advice Team at Business Connect. The position requires the ability to deal effectively with both routine and more complex enquiries relating to College of Business and Law programs, across all modes and locations; utilises and actively contributes to further development of University systems and processes; and works collaboratively with other members of the Business Connect and the wider Student Lifecycle Services Teams to ensure effective academic administration.
