Administration Officer, Program Delivery & Assessment

The Opportunity

As an integral part of the School of Medicine, and in collaboration with Program Delivery and Assessment staff, you will provide a wide range of administrative support tasks including reception duties, assisting with timetabling and student placements, supporting examinations and assessments and providing general administrative services.

Key Accountabilities:
Provide reception services; assist with diary maintenance of the Head of School; and co-ordinate room bookings and meeting venue preparation.
Provide administrative support to the year 4 and year 5 professional experience placements including associated assessment processes.
Provide administrative support to the year 4 and year 5 learning and teaching programs including associated assessment processes.
Provide administrative support to academic staff including attending meetings, documenting minutes and assisting with diary management.
Assist in the preparation of examination.

Your Application

To be successful in the role, your application will need to demonstrate;

An Associated Diploma level qualification with relevant work related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education / training.
Administrative, organisational and prioritisation skills together with the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Competence in the use of a range of computer software applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as an effective member of a team.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Ability to cope with changes in work methods and the working environment.


Appointment to this role will be at HEO 4 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $78,551 comprising base salary within the range of $63,375 to $67,138 plus 17% superannuation.
