Partnering with our industry leading client in their search for an Assessment Administrator, our global client specialises in the delivery of vocational industry training and development to students in an online environment.

Our Client is searching for a TAE qualified administrator to come on board as an Assessment Administrator. You will ensure that all compliance and quality assurance requirements are adhered to across all assessments and moderations. You will pay particular attention to the legislative requirements around compliance with the delivery of vocational training and assessments to students in the retail, hospitality, distribution and food processing industries.

About the role:
This is a role which will require you to be highly attentive to detail, whilst marking assessments and issuing certifications. You will also:
Review and assess course materials submitted by students.
Prepare and send Statements of Attainment.
Complete assessment documentation and ensure AVETMISS compliance.
Conduct telephone assessments.
Provide additional coaching to students as required. Manage problem assessments.
Perform student record validation and compliance checking.
Prepare graduation packs for students. Assist with compliance and audit activities.
Maintain your industry and VET currency.
Maintain compliance documents to the industry standard.

About you:
Extensive knowledge of AQF framework and participant knowledge requirements.
Experience in using and/or writing RTO tools.
Understanding of RTO compliance ‘world’ and way of thinking.
Ability to take charge of own work rate and outputs. Strong communication skills.
Strong composition skills (writing and wording).
Experience working within Moodle or similar LMS.
System savvy. Knowledge of Food safety and hygiene (a bonus).
