Full Job Description
The role will interact with a broad range of stakeholders with a focus on engagement and collaboration to enable optimal outcomes.

The position will plan and implement operational change and engagement activities to positively position the student discipline review implementation. This includes development of an impact assessment, change and engagement plans, key messages, and communication and engagement materials (e.g. website copy, general presentation packs, FAQs) to raise awareness and understanding of the changes across all impacted stakeholders.

This position will also support other change and engagement activities undertaken by the ODVC(A), including initiatives underway across the University which impact on the portfolio. The role requires the flexibility to work at both a planning level and, at an operational and service delivery level to achieve the desired outcomes.

This position is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus, renowned as one of Australia's most attractive university campuses, and located just 7km from Brisbane's city centre. Bound by the Brisbane River on three sides, and with outstanding public transport connections, our 114-hectare site provides a perfect work environment - you can enjoy the best of both worlds: a vibrant campus with the tradition of an established university.

Our Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this position, you will have proven expertise and management experience in delivering positive change and engagement for a large organisation, equivalent to a postgraduate degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

Demonstrated ability to liaise and consult with a range of stakeholders including executives, academics, project staff, and students with expertise in negotiating and influencing change across organisational boundaries as well as the ability to organise and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritisation to meet deadlines whilst working cooperatively and collaboratively.

What We Can Offer

This is a full-time, fixed term appointment until 17 December 2021 at HEW level 8.

The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $100,264 - $112,583 per annum, plus super of 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $117,309 - $131,723.
