The UTS Transdisciplinary (TD) School is recruiting for a Short Course and Partnerships Coordinator to collaborate with TD School colleagues to plan and facilitate the creation and successful delivery of a program of professionally focussed short-course, micro-credential and enterprise learning products. The incumbent will also work closely with the Partnerships Team to coordinate the administration of a range of partner engagement activities across TD School’s teaching and learning programs.


TD School offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees that encompass high-level critical and creative thinking, problem solving, data and digital technologies, invention, complexity, innovation, future scenario building and entrepreneurship. Working in partnership with industry and the public sector is a critical and defining element of TD School programs.

If successful in applying for this role, you will:

  • Coordinate development of the TD School’s annual short course calendar and pipeline with relevant internal staff
  • Oversee the administration of all non-degree subjects for TD School, including enterprise learning contractual arrangements with industry partners
  • Establish, develop and continuously improve procedures related to the administration of non-degree subjects (in line with UTS Short Forms of Learning Policy)
  • Develop and maintain promotional collateral
  • Act as the central point of contact for UTS Short Courses team, TD School academic staff, external partners, learners and prospective learners
  • Arrange the payment of invoices relating to short course delivery
  • Support organizational recruitment and conversion of non-degree customers to Award courses
  • Support the partnerships team with internship administration

Remuneration & Benefits


Base Salary Range: $84,091 to $91,049 pa (HEW 6)

This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for two years.
