The Advancement Office is currently seeking an Advancement Administrative Officer to assist the team in multiple areas of support. The team aims to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of mutually beneficial relationships between the University and its external communities in support of the University’s core mission of learning, teaching and research.

Operating under the direction of the Advancement Service Manager, you will assist the team with a range of administrative tasks and data functions in support of philanthropy and alumni relations including, but not limited to, high level executive support, office administration, financial processing and reporting, and data entry support.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, a high level of administration skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload and work proactively with the team and autonomously. A background in administration is desirable.
