The Opportunity:

We’re all here to help deliver greater retirement outcomes for our members. Your role supports UniSuper doing this by managing the end to end delivery of complex, enterprise projects to agreed time, cost and quality standards. You will work with internal and external teams and vendors as appropriate whilst co-ordinating all component deliverables to ensure agreed outputs and outcomes are achieved.

This is a permanent job opportunity based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities will include:
* Manage UniSuper projects, taking end-to-end accountability for technical and operational implementation and the delivery of successful outcomes for the business
* Ensure projects are focussed on achieving business benefits and actions are put in place to measure business benefit realisation
* Ensure business needs are clearly defined and that they align with strategy
* Compile project management artefacts and business cases that are sufficiently informative and contain cross business based content to allow the Project Control Board to make informed decisions
* Ensure project deliverables are reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders and delivered to an acceptable quality standard within acceptable timelines

To be successful you will ideally possess:
* Experience delivering a regulatory or compliance focussed project
* Financial services experience (desired but not essential)
* Demonstrated successful project management experience in end to end delivery of projects, on time, within budget and to agreed quality
* An understanding of project management methodologies with an ability to manage projects to a well-defined delivery strategy
* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and persuade colleagues, management and executives
* Project Management qualification (Prince2 or PMBOK) - required
