Redlands Out of School Hours (OOSH) service is seeking an OOSH Coordinator to manage our Junior Campus service located in Cremorne. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the service to ensure implementation and compliance with the National Quality Framework, which encompasses the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations the National Quality Standards, and the Framework for School Age Care - My Time, Our Place in conjunction with Management.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm during term-time and 8am - 4pm during non-term time. The successful applicant will have:

  • a minimum Cert III in Childcare or Diploma in Childcare or studying toward a tertiary qualification;
  • a willingness to work as a team and be open to learning about child development and behaviour management within an OOSH setting;
  • experience working in an Out of School Hours environment;
  • First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, or a willingness to obtain;
  • a clear NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one;
  • well-developed IT skills;
  • knowledge of a Childcare Management System is desirable (e.g. Hubworks); and
  • an understanding of the National Quality Framework is desirable.
