What You Will Be Doing

The Learning Designer is responsible for the development, and maintenance, of exciting, interactive clinical blended learning resources; in particular eLearning courses. The position works closely with the various professions, such as nursing, medical and allied health, to identify and advance the learning resources offered at Peninsula Health. The position is a vital member of the education team, driving educational innovation through enhancing accessibility of learning resources that will support the skills, knowledge and capability of the workforce.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Health professional or related clinical/health qualification
• Education qualification
• Learning management system administration skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with a commitment to the ongoing education of the workforce
• Ability to manage and meet deadlines
• Flexible and adaptive to changing technologies and procedures
• Proactive and be able to independently problem solve
• Knowledge of the different and varied professions and roles within a health network
