JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Interact with students in this phone based, customer service role
  • 26 days’ holiday, 13 weeks’ parental leave, subsidised academic study
  • Flexible working - work from the office and from your home each week

Role

Interact with students by phone and email, focusing on their satisfaction and progression through their KP post-grad academic courses and programs.

Report to the Student Experience Manager, and work in a team of 9.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively recognise students’ needs and identify appropriate solutions
  • Participate in outbound call initiatives to students as scheduled
  • Manage inbound phone calls and email enquiries
  • Attend and participate in student events


Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a student services role, any type of call centre role, or a customer facing financial services role
