RTO Compliance Coordinator

  • Full-time ongoing role based in Dandenong or Horsham
  • Salary - $87,573 - $93,271 + 11% superannuation
  • 12 Rostered Days Off

Skillinvest is currently seeking an RTO Compliance Coordinator with a sound understanding of the VTG Funding Contract, ASQA Standards for RTOs 2015, AVETMISS requirements and the Australian Quality Training Framework.

The RTO Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Skillinvest is kept up to date on all regulatory compliance matters relating to training and communicating these to the relevant areas, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to ensure compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Ensure that all aspects of training are compliant, as per regulatory frameworks.
  • Effectively communicate compliance updates and ensure implementation to ensure that Skillinvest is delivering high standards in training and curriculum as per ASQA.
  • Manage quality assurance checks on student files by ensuring audits are conducted regularly.
  • Ensure all contracts are up to date and meet compliance requirements.
  • Develop, implement and oversee the process of investigating and resolving Skills Victoria Training System (SVTS) errors and rejects.
  • Delegate and oversee timely processing of claims.
  • Develop, implement and manage the integrity of all databases.
  • Identifying data inaccuracy, communicating and rectifying data errors and warnings
