The Cleveland Education and Training Centre is a state school situated within the confines of the Cleveland Youth Detention Centre in the suburb of Belgian Gardens, Townsville. The Centre provides an education service to youth who have been detained in custody. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Cleveland Education & Training Centre (CETC) provides 'catch-up' opportunities for many students whose lives have been affected by unfortunate circumstances and unwise decisions, which have resulted in them undergoing periods of detention.

Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
