We are currently seeking a Faculty Liaison and Operations Coordinator within the Business Operations Team in Student Connect. The Business Operations team is a close working team who value collaboration and is looking for someone to engage and contribute to the area.

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Faculty Liaison and Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Coordinators in processes such as enrolments, fees, academic progress, and course completions. You will also be the primary contact for all faculty staff in relation to student administrative matters.

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated individual and be able to work well in a team, as well as autonomously. You will be required to have strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and in stakeholder management. Higher education experience, management and leadership skills are highly desired but not essential.
