ABOUT THE ROLE

AFL SportsReady currently has an exciting position available for someone wanting to pursue a career in the Sports & Recreation industry.

  • Study for an accredited qualification: CERTIFICATE III IN SPORT AND RECREATION

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile futures and colts team lists for weekly recruiter update
  • Product payments and registrations
  • Assist in packing equipment for training and game days
  • Assist in the coordination of the hydration for trainings and game days
  • Venue bookings - training for the four hubs
  • Player invitations
  • Apparel order
  • Competition week coordination
  • Follow up of player feedback for coaches
  • State Academy invitations
  • Appoint interns through interview process
Job Requirements for this role:
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Good time management / organisational skills
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail

SALARY

As the successful candidate, you will receive:
$21,500 - $30,000+9.5 % Superannuation

National Training Wage Award
Fully Funded Qualification

MORE INFORMATION

People with tertiary qualifications need not apply. Current university applicants may have to defer their studies to be eligible for this traineeship.
This position is best suited to a recent secondary school leaver.
