About the role

  • Outbound call centre
  • Sales or fundraising experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Multiple positions available for immediate start
  • You will be having heartfelt conversations and building meaningful relationships with both new and existing donors, with a focus on acquiring ongoing monthly gifts
  • Focus on consistent achievement of individual and team based KPIs
  • Potential to work from home

Requirements

  • Persuasive, passionate, highly ethical and enthusiastic
  • Active listening skills
  • Resilience to handle rejection yet remain motivated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer and literacy skills
  • You must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • You must have full Australian working rights – WHV holders who are available for a minimum of six months are welcome to apply
