Responsible for managing cases in the three primary curriculum areas, reading, math and relational. Responsible ultimately for the success of each student managed and responsible for contributing to the success of all students enrolled at the centre.

Works closely with the Director to maintain and grow the organisation by performing the following duties:

  • Conducts and concludes learning sessions with students in accordance with Fit Learning procedure and checklists;
  • Reviews all cases weekly or more as needed to ensure progress and clears all yellow tags on binders and items in GQueues prior to start of student's next session;
  • Ensures that updated and completed timing and daily charts are maintained in binder;
  • Develops educational materials and writes learning programs when required;
  • Reports case problems or parent concerns to Director within one to two business days;
  • Completes binder development and checklists for assigned cases;
  • Trains Learning Coaches on programs as needed;
  • Provides feedback to Learning Coaches as needed;
  • Communicates with clients about child's progress
  • Attends and contributes regularly to staff meetings;
  • Participates in individual meetings with Case Advisor/Director;
  • Completes and delivers bi-annual performance evaluations to Case Advisors and Learning Coaches;
  • Assists the Director with training and development of new interns;
  • Completes assigned projects and monthly peer audits;
  • Adheres to all approved company policies and procedures;
  • Other duties as required from time-to-time;

    Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, or technical procedures, Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members or managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar and line graphs and logarithmic graphs.

    Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel and email software.

    Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from college or university in psychology or education AND a minimum 3 years practical experience in special needs education or Applied Behaviour Analysis therapy or application.
