Rowe Training and Consulting have been operating as an Early Childhood Specialist Registered Training Organisation in the NT since 2006. We pride ourselves on a high level of student services and relationship management. We are looking for an individual who can fit with our workplace culture and vision in supporting students in both ECEC and Community Services Sector. We also develop and provide a range of short courses and consulting services to individuals and service providers in the care sector.

About the role:
Student Support Administrator is the first point of contact for students, employers and stakeholders and is responsible for a high level of customer service, student support and administrative duties for a small dedicated team.

This role would suit someone who has experience working in a fast-paced customer service role and enjoys problem solving and helping others. Previous experience within an RTO environment is not necessary but highly regarded.

Ideal Candidate will have the following;

Exceptional customer service skills
Experience in sales
Excellent computer skills
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using Google Apps (Gmail, Google Calendar)
Possess skills to contribute to website maintenance
Experience with VETtrak-Student Management System or database maintenance
Possess highly developed written and oral communication skills
The ability to self-motivate, work independently with a minimum of supervision
Demonstrate strong administrative and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of VET Industry, RTO Standards and compliance
Completion of a relevant diploma would be highly regarded
