Centre Director

We are a small 38-place centre with an excellent reputation in the area. Our team is experienced and passionate about the work they do. Our families are supportive and engaged and many of our enrolments are from word-of-mouth from existing and past families. We are not part of a big chain and the owners are supportive and involved in the business.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Take on all duties and responsibilities of the Nominated Supervisor role
  • Be the Educational Leader for the Centre
  • The role involves some classroom time, as well as dedicated office time, each week
  • Provide ongoing support to children and families, and staff members in all areas relating to the care and education of the children
  • Strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of Centre operations
  • Ensure compliance with all elements of the National Law and Regulations in all activities

Required from the candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Centre Director or a 2IC.

  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
