Purpose of this role

The Payroll Manager is a key senior role within the Finance team of Camp Australia. This role co-ordinates the preparation of data, as well as the delivery of fortnightly and monthly payroll in a timely, accurate and efficient manner for all staff.

The Opportunity

This is an outstanding growth opportunity to join the market leader in Outside School Hours Care with over 2,500 employees across the country. The role extends to managing a small team, building capability within it, and driving business improvement initiatives via the implementation of new systems.

About You

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the management of a payroll team and function
  • End to end payroll processing skills for a workforce with more than 2,000 employees
  • Experience with both casual and multi-site payroll processing under complex award system (Children’s Services Award 2010 ideal)
  • Proven capability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive and adapt within a fast-paced environment
