  • Level 9: Salary range: $117,049 - $123,858 plus performance bonus plus 17% superannuation

About The Team

Campus Management is responsible for planning, developing and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research and campus life. Campus Management delivers a comprehensive range of University-wide services.

The University is seeking to appoint a Development Manager to oversee the development/divestment of some of its non-core land assets. The Development Manager will play a key role in leading the delivery of key property strategies for these assets, having oversight of the external capability brought in to support this process.

About The Opportunity

As the appointee, under the broad direction of the Director, Campus Management, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of external advisory teams engaged to support the property strategies for each land asset. You will manage the portfolio of work within an allocated budget and deliver to a set of agreed University Strategic Objectives which are costumer focussed, value for money and ensuring are in compliance with legal, health and safety standards.

As the appointee, you will act on behalf of the University in the effective management and coordination of the land asset development/divestment strategy, ensuring that the University’s strategic project objectives are met.
