The Role:
Reporting to the State Manager of WA/NT, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational management and providing commercial leadership of a portfolio of childcare services. In this role you will be required to travel, ensuring the services in your care adhere to the company’s philosophy, policies and procedures.

Your key responsibilities include:
Operationally work with centres to make them leaders in the industry;
Ensuring all centres are compliant with all regulatory requirements;
Implementing and monitoring of centre policies and procedures;
Developing centre leadership;
Proactively leading a team and providing regular coaching opportunities related to business acumen and the childcare profession;
Overseeing and supporting Nominated Supervisors with performance management;
Monitoring and supporting Educators, Educational Leader and Nominated
Supervisors around the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework;
Managing customer queries
Monitoring of maintenance and Networking with legislative bodies.

About You:
Experienced in multi-site operations, you will have a great mind for business as well as be able to guide and mentor Directors in instilling quality in their services, driving commercial growth and adhering to industry regulations.

You will be willing to travel within the southern and eastern suburbs of Perth, including potential interstate travel. You will also need to have well established and proven skills in people management and childcare services management, ensuring your leadership style is flexible and innovative.

Minimum of a Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
Valid Western Australian Working with Children Check
Excellent knowledge of the Education and Care Regulations and Law in Western Australia
Excellent knowledge of the EYLF/National Quality Framework
Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Standards and proven achievement in Assessment and Rating
Experience in a Centre Director role or Operations/Area Manager role
