> Have a Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services as recognized by ACECQA (or higher).

> A working knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.

> Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written;

> A current Blue Card.

> Have a good understanding of ICT (experience with OWNA greatly preferred).

> Have a collaborative approach to early childhood.
