Application Services is responsible for providing the ongoing Business as Usual management and support activities associated with applications, platforms and technologies managed by MQ IT.
Reporting to the Manager, Applications Services (Web, Research & Clinical), the Applications Specialist (Clinical) will provide IT support and advice to users across MQ Health applications.
About You
You will have comprehensive clinical experience working with electronic medical records as a nurse or in a clinical setting, and demonstrate experience in delivering end-user training for an IT system in a clinical environment. You are solution-focused and have the ability to analyse and interpret complex requirements and information from multiple sources.

- Nursing or equivalent medical qualification with comprehensive clinical experience working with electronic medical records as a nurse or in a clinical setting.
- Experience delivering end-user training for an IT system in a clinical environment.
- Experience in incident response, resolution and post incident analysis of major incidents.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret requirements and information from numerous sources.
- Proven experience in documenting operational support procedures.
