The centre

This homely small centre is located in Randwick and is well established within the community. It is family owned and offers a diverse culture with a play based program.





The Role

Your role will be as the Director of this beautiful childcare centre and as a qualified Early Childhood Teacher you will also be responsible for the Educational Leader role. The centre is willing to offer training for the right candidate if you have had some 2ic or Educactional Leader experience.

Some of the key responsibilities will be to:

• Be responsible for the day to management and administration of the service
• Complete QIPs and be responsible for enrolments
• Give advice and offer support to educators and families
• Work on and off the floor in a 50/50 split
• Develop respectful relationships with children, families and staff
• Support and mentor your staff and help build inspiring learning environments

About you

To be eligible for this position you must have:

• An Early Childhood Teaching degree or ACECQA assessed equivalent.
• NESA accreditation (provisional or proficient)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process
• Great communication, leadership and management skills
