UC Level 8 Salary Range is $100,374pa - $111,954pa plus Super
Fixed-Term, Full-time 6-month contract

Graduate Research has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead the development of policies, practices, and programs to support the University’s graduate research candidates and supervisors.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Graduate Research, you will work as part of the leadership team, and be responsible for the suite of HDR policies; the design, implementation, and renewal of HDR courses and programs; management of the centrally managed research scholarships schemes; and supporting the Associate Director in the operational management of the Graduate Research office.

The successful applicant will be someone who has strong leadership and project management skills and a capacity for strategic thinking. You will have experience in developing, interpreting, and implementing policy and procedures, and interpreting and applying legislation, and advanced communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will be able to establish effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders and identify, develop, and implement business process improvement initiatives and propose solutions to complex problems.
