Pro Vice Chancellor (Education)

Continuous, full time position (37.5hrs per week)
HEW0405, $61k - $75k plus 17% superannuation

The Pro Vice Chancellor (Education) portfolio supports the University’s Student and Education Strategic Plan to achieve its strategic goal to provide an outstanding education experience for every student, leading to its graduates being innovators and fully prepared for their future careers. The portfolio has four priority areas: innovative curriculum; academic leadership; inclusive education and student support and digital experience.

The Role

In consultation with Portfolio Business Manager this role will coordinate the daily administrative requirements associated with the PVCE Portfolio with alignment to Access Pathways programs at the Murdoch, Rockingham and Peel campuses.

The successful candidate will:
Demonstrate understanding and delivery of excellence in customer service.
Have the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and an awareness of cultural sensitivities.
Demonstrate high level of organisational skills and ability to use initiative, assume responsibility for tasks and projects to resolve problems.
Highly effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the demonstrated ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with staff at all levels of the organisation.
